I reached out to Digital Scope via email requesting assistance to help me get my Microsoft Remote Desktop back up and running as I use it daily for work.  They got a hold of me quickly and took the time to figure out the problem as well as the remedy for it.  Everything is working great now and their customer service was friendly and patient.
